• GENERAL T.O.S.

• Payment is done via PayPal invoice or KoFi.• I will not be accepting payment plans for commissions under 60$.• The commissioner must be 18+ years of age.• The commissioner is expected to provide a clear digital reference of their character/s.• I reserve myself the right to terminate a commission for safety or comfort reasons.• There are no refund possible once the piece is done, any regret is your responsibility. As the commissioner reading these terms, you are made aware of this.• TAT range from under a week to a month, depending on the nature of the commission and my life status.• Short notice deadlines will cost an additional 15% of the total price.• I will send a proof sketch. Upon receiving it, the commissioner is expected, if not done already, to pay either the full price or half of the price for progress to be continued.• I send the finished piece/s to the email you gave, if given, or to your email of choice, but only after full payment has been issued. Please do remind me of this if I forget.• These terms are subject to change.

• USAGE T.O.S.

• I keep rights over all commissioned artworks and right to use all for personal use. I will not ever commercialize them, though, unless given explicit permission.• Commissioned artworks can be used for personal use, such as profile pictures or printing copies for oneself.• Selling digital or printed copies of commissioned artworks is prohibited.• It is strictly prohibited to use my art for any kind of AI or NFT.• The verification code to ensure that you read the terms is 3985.

• CUSTOM DESIGNS T.O.S.

• Everything stated above.• Do not resell if no additional art has been made.• You have full rights over the design, but to the limits of keeping the character recognisable.• You can interpret the design however you want, for more ambiguous designs.• If you end up opening a bank opposition, you instantly lose all rights over the design and it will be either going to be resold or used for my own projects.
