• GENERAL T.O.S.

• The commissioner must be 18+ years of age.• Communication will be prioritized through Discord.• If applicable, the commissioner is expected to provide a clear digital reference of the character.• T.A.T. ranges from a week to 3 months and more depending on the nature of the commission and my life status. If something drastic happens and it affects my work, I will make it known.• I will not do short notice deadline commissions.• I reserve myself the right to terminate a commission or commission request for safety reasons. (I.e., the commissioner is being obnoxiously rude or inappropriate)• I will occasionally send watermarked Work In Progress updates, or upon request.• Simple fixes to the finished piece will be free of charge, but it will be entirely dependent on the type of piece it is and will mostly be resolved on a case by case basis. Excessive requests for fixes will be seen as abusing this rule and will not be tolerated.• I will send the finished piece to an email of choice, but only after full payment has been issued. Please do remind me of this if I forget.• If you open a bank opposition or any other form of opposition to get the money back once the artwork is done, you will be instantly blacklisted and blocked. Same goes if you break my TOS.• I allow strictly no use of AI or NFT with my artworks. Same goes for AI generated images used as reference.• These terms are subject to change.

• PAYMENT T.O.S.

• Payment is done via PayPal invoice or KoFi.• For commissions under 60€, the commissioner is expected to fully pay upfront.• For commissions above 60€, the commissioner has the choice to pay half upfront when ordering then the other half when the artwork is finished. I will send a watermarked, blurred and downsized version of the piece for proof in this situation.• There will be no refunds.

• USE& INTELLECTUAL RIGHTS

• I keep rights over all commissioned artworks and reserve myself the right to use the commissioned artworks in a non-profit way.• In case of profit use, I will reach out to the customer to seek explicit permission. Such permission will be recorded.• The commissioner may use the commissioned artwork for things such as online avatar or header, and may print out the artwork as long as it is for personal/non-profit use.• The commissioner is strictly prohibited from using commissioned artworks for commercial use.• The commissioner is expected to give proper credit to the artist when applicable.

• CUSTOM DESIGNS T.O.S.

• Everything stated above.• Do not resell if no additional art has been made.• You have full rights over the design, but to the limit of keeping the character recognisable.• You can interpret the design however you want, for more ambiguous designs.• If you end up opening a bank opposition, you instantly lose all rights over the design.
